Tyrone Griffiths is the Senior Consultant and Managing Director of FinCrime Protection Limited.

Tyrone has held senior positions for over 25 years in the financial sector, predominantly in the Anti-Money Laundering & Regulatory Compliance space. He has held the MLRO, Compliance Oversight Officer and a Nominated Officer positions – registration with the Financial Conduct Authority, the US National Futures Authority and the National Crimes Agency (formerly SOCA).

Tyrone has been involved in many AML / Financial Crime regulatory reviews and a high profile financial criminal case. His in-depth knowledge and practical experience of implementing AML/CTF and Financial Crime Risk Assessments, Policies & Procedures, Controls, Training and Reporting programmes has proven invaluable to firms.

Chris has over 20 years’ experience approving financial promotions and working within the compliance arena.

Ben Foster

Ben Foster, founder and CEO of Arthur Cromwell & Foster has partnered with FinCrime Protection Limited to provide a Tax Advisory service for our clients.


Having Post graduated with an honour’s degree in corporate and commercial law from the University of Manchester, his career specialises with the study and practice of academic study of tax. Progressed through the tax disciplines at HM Revenue & Customs (AAT), and later at BDO LLP, he was granted membership of the Association of Tax Technicians (ATT).

His attention is to provide a ‘magic circle,’ personal tax advisory services to clients, supported by a narrow cohort of trusted and

Ama Laidman

Ama Laidman is a senior banking, finance and regulatory lawyer based in London with extensive experience in general corporate lending, asset finance, leveraged finance, and GDPR ( General Data Protection Regulation).

She has a broad Commercial practice with extensive experience in the real estate elements of large-scale infrastructure (including renewable energy projects, telecommunications towers infrastructure ), energy and natural resources, with a particular focus in emerging market jurisdictions.

Ama  acts for and advises borrowers, commercial lenders and development finance institutions, correspondent banks, suppliers,  off takers and other stakeholders.

Ama has particular experience across Europe, Middle East and Africa, and advises on the finance aspects of projects and acquisitions, as well as other complex financing, banking and regulatory arrangements.

She is a regular speaker at legal training events and regulatory seminars.

Simon Harrison

Simon has over 20 years’ experience across major financial institutions in both technology and financial crime.

He has extensive knowledge of managing and successfully delivering complex projects in the regulatory and technology spaces.

Simon’s experience with both major financial institution’s and smaller institutions and his pragmatic and practical approach can tailor solutions to suit the customers’ requirements. Simon has advised on and delivered screening solutions to ensure his customers not only meet but exceed regulatory expectation.

He is delivery focussed while ensuring that he delivers the appropriate solution for your business needs.


Saadia Baig

Saadia is a Financial Services Specialist, with 15 years of demonstrable success in the areas of Change and Programme Management, Compliance, Risk Management, Business Strategy, and Retail/Wholesale/Institutional banking sales.

She is able to bring a real business lens towards Compliance and Change because of her end-to-end experience in Retail, Commercial and Banking -be it product development, branch sales, credit risk, operational risk or complex deal structuring to name a few.
